Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver. Drivers are dispatched one hour prior to the advertised landing times. We offer free 60 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. However, each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. All parking and entrances are chargeable at cost.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate you as best as we can. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for bookings cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time. To cancel your booking, simply send us an email with your receipt and booking details, and we will take care of the rest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
