Our Story

Surrey Airport Transfers was founded in 2018 with a single ambition: to provide the most reliable and professional airport taxi service in Surrey. Since those early days, we have grown steadily through word of mouth and genuine customer satisfaction — the only metrics that truly matter in this business.

We operate from our base in Horley, right in the heart of the county, just two miles from Gatwick Airport. This location gives us unrivalled access to Surrey's road network and fast connections to the M25, M23, A3, A23 and beyond. Our drivers know every route, every shortcut and every potential bottleneck between here and every London airport.

Our Drivers

We are proud of our driver team, many of whom have been with us for five years or more. Every driver is fully licensed by the appropriate local authority, has undergone an enhanced DBS background check, holds a clean driving licence and participates in regular training. We do not use drivers who do not meet our standards — which means our passengers receive a consistently excellent experience every time.

Licensed and Insured

Surrey Airport Transfers holds all required private hire operator licences and our vehicles carry full public liability insurance. Every driver holds a current private hire vehicle licence issued by the appropriate local licensing authority. We comply fully with all applicable legislation governing private hire operations in England.
