These terms and conditions govern the use of Surrey Airport Transfers services. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation from Surrey Airport Transfers. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from us. We recommend confirming all bookings at least 24 hours in advance.
Pricing
All prices are fixed and quoted at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The quoted price covers the journey as specified — additional stops, extended waiting time or significant route changes may incur additional charges, which will be agreed with you in advance wherever possible.
Waiting Time
For airport arrivals, we include 60 minutes of free waiting time calculated from the actual landing time of your flight. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included. Additional waiting time beyond these allowances is charged at an agreed rate.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: no charge
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% of the fare
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pickup: 100% of the fare
- No-shows (driver attends but passenger does not appear): 100% of the fare
Flight Delays
We monitor all flights and adjust pickup times for delays at no additional charge. If a flight is cancelled entirely and a journey is no longer required, our standard cancellation policy applies from the time we are notified.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers. Surrey Airport Transfers reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated or behaving in a way that could compromise the safety of the driver or vehicle.
Luggage
Drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage, but are not responsible for damage to luggage items during normal handling. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is appropriate for the vehicle booked.
Child Seats
Child seats must be requested at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee the availability of child seats for last-minute bookings. While we endeavour to fit the correct seat for every child, it is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure the seat is properly fitted before departure.
Liability
Surrey Airport Transfers carries full public liability insurance. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the journey booked. We accept no liability for missed flights or cruise departures unless directly caused by driver error.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
