For businesses with regular airport transfer needs, a corporate account simplifies the entire process. Here's how our corporate service works and what it includes.

What Is a Corporate Account?

A corporate account is a standing arrangement where your business is invoiced monthly for all transfers taken by your team, rather than each journey being paid individually. It removes the per-journey admin and makes expense reconciliation straightforward.

How Billing Works

At the end of each calendar month, we generate a consolidated invoice listing every transfer taken by your team during that period. Each line includes:

- Date and time - Passenger name - Pick-up and destination - Vehicle type - Fare

Invoices are issued by email in PDF format and can include your internal purchase order or cost centre reference.

Payment terms are typically 14 days from invoice date.

Priority Vehicle Allocation

Corporate account holders receive priority vehicle allocation during peak periods. This is particularly relevant around major holidays and bank holiday weekends, when vehicle availability can become constrained.

Booking Process for Teams

Each member of your team can book transfers by calling 01293 972472 or online, quoting your company account name. There is no requirement to pre-authorise individual journeys — we maintain an approved account holder list and can accommodate approved bookings from named team members.

Expenses and Receipts

We can issue individual per-journey receipts emailed directly to the passenger, with your company reference pre-populated, making same-day expense submission straightforward for travelling employees.
